How can teachers stay current with rules and regulations around the use of technologies in educational contexts?


Would it be possible for a teacher librarian to work with school administration to establish in school professional development, regarding rules and regulations for sharing student's work through online platforms and student use of online tools?


Should there be regulations in place for teachers to upgrade their practice in using online sites for educational purposes with students yearly or biannually?
