I chose to use the Audacity platform to create my podcast. My podcast is on the Library Possibilities for my future teacher librarian position. This was my first experience at creating a Podcast and I enjoyed learning how to use the Audacity platform. I watch an Audacity tutorial on YouTube to learn how to use the tool. The biggest challenge was trying to keep out the background noise in my busy household. I can see how the sound set up is important when creating a podcast and this being an issue in a classroom of students. Creating a Podcast would be a useful tool for a TL to share information on new learning opportunities in the library and for students to use to express their learning through a differentiated multimodal learning platform.

Questions: Has anyone used audio editing with their students or had students create podcasts for different subjects?
